Scott's Parents were here for about 4 days and we kept busy! Here's a little run down on what we did...
Scott grew up in California so going to the beach is a must. We even have our own little spot that is never crowded. As you can see, we loved soaking up the November heat!
After the beach we took the Galveston-Bolivar Ferry. The boys LOVED it. I mean come on...it's a massive boat that carries cars! There was a lot to see on our 20 minute ride to Bolivar Peninsula. We passed Galveston Island and lots of boat traffic. We found out it is the busiest port in the United States and about 8 million people use it. The most passengers they have ever had in a single day was about 43,500. It's public transpiration so it's free (YEAH!). It was great!

Another place we went was 'Old Town Spring'. We live in a huge suburb of Houston called Spring. Well, really close to where we live there is this place has all kinds of cute shops and good old fashion carnival food. It's such a cute little town that has been preserved so well.
Here are me and Archie trying on Cowboy hats. I think he looks pretty good!
